Comic Mysteries

SUMMARY

The sketches of a group of travelling players, Dario Fo's Comic Mysteries is a series of crude, clownish retellings of different tales from scripture. From the Slaughter of the Innocents up to the Crucifixion; in turn satirical, farcical, and poignant.

The soldiers arguing over killing too many babies during the Slaughter of the Innocents.

The fool betting on how long the crucifixion will take.

The Pope who gets beaten up by Jesus.

Coming to the BT Studio as 4th week's late show, make sure you don't miss what promises to be a unique experience for audience members who will be entirely immersed in the production - with no seating, the sketches play out around and amongst the audience.
