SUMMARY

Fresh, funny and farcical, these are the comic vaudevilles with which Anton Chekhov first made his reputation in the theatre. The seven short plays, translated and adapted by Michael Frayn were first performed by Rowan Atkinson, Timothy West and Cherly Campbell at the Aldwych Theatre in London. Now Oxford University students are bringing you a new exciting take on these acclaimed pieces, with an original score and a live string quartet.
