SUMMARY

Arthur Hallam wants to die. But having picked a nice, high building to throw himself from, he then corrals the nearest convenient bystander, a young woman named Zoe Blake, to assist him in his final act. Zoe's refusal, and her attempts to talk him down through the combined powers of conversation, Tchaikovsky and a decent Ploughman’s, begin to erode his veneer of detached cynicism. But the arrival of his estranged wife Helen brings with it complications and entanglements that will bring everyone just that little bit closer to the darkness…

The writer and director of ‘Mona & Bea’ and the company that brought you ‘Translations’ and ‘Call of the Wild’ invite you to ask yourselves: how do you come this close to the edge and then not jump?
